Refund and Returns

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for orders affected by shipping delays. All returns will be subject to a 45% restocking fee. This 45% is based on the original order cost. For example, a booth ordered for $10,000 will be subject to a $4,500 restocking fee.

Cancellations and Refunds (if applicable)

For any cancellation or refund, the buyer must handle and pay for all shipping back to our facility. The unit must be returned in its original packaging, and no items inside the crate should be opened.

Once we receive and examine your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt and the status of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, a 45% item credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 40 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account once more. Then, contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank, as there is usually a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

**Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
